Tika 1 is no longer accepted in pantheon.yml

Pantheon has updated its platform to reject the use of Tika 1 in pantheon.yml files, effective May 13, 2026. Sites using this setting will now receive a validation error. This change follows the removal of Tika 1.18 and 1.21 on April 28, 2026, which led to an automatic switch to Tika 3. Users must update their configurations accordingly.
