HubSpot Overview
Hubspot is a Growth Platform consisting of a stack of Marketing, Sales and Service software. It includes a Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and a free CRM module. It can be used by Sales Leaders, Marketers, Customer Service Teams, Business Owners, and Operations Managers.
Hubspot CRM includes automated Sales pipeline data in a dashboard format, updated in real-time, Sales tracking tools, email templates, updated contacts list, live chat and more.
Hubspot Marketing Hub includes landing pages and email templates for content creation, diversion of web-traffic to key pages, drip-campaigns and email tools for converting leads into customers. Hubspot Marketing Hub features also include Marketing automation tools, customising content and campaigns to increase leads and referrals and customer conversions.
Hubspot Sales Hub features include automated follow-up emails, live chat with prospects and leads, website visitor information in real-time, predictive lead scoring and pipeline management.
Hubspot Customer Service includes tools for enhancing customer experience such as one universal Inbox that brings in sync communication from all channels, automated and self-service customer help tools.
