These launches aim to streamline operations, enhance security, and reduce tool sprawl for managed service providers (MSPs) through unified workflows and integrated automation.
Attackers breached ConnectWise, compromised customer ScreenConnect instances
ConnectWise disclosed that a sophisticated threat actor breached its systems, compromising ScreenConnect cloud instances for a small number of customers. The attack exploited CVE-2025-3935, a critical ViewState deserialization vulnerability in ScreenConnect versions 25.2.3 and earlier, enabling remote code execution. ConnectWise patched the flaw on April 24 and reports no further suspicious activity since.

ConnectWise confirmed a cyberattack by a nation-state actor targeting its ScreenConnect remote access software. The breach impacted a very small number of customers.
