Showpad Coach is a a sales coaching and training software tool for sales managers to help new sales employees (such as field sales, sales enablement and inside sales reps), perform their task effectively and increase the revenue.

It empowers sales managers by providing tools which provide engaging on-boarding and training to new employees, monitor their performance, practicing and learning tools, and analytics to help managers guide trainees accordingly.

The Showpad Coach provides sales employees learner dashboard and engage them in sales training. The AI-driven dashboard helps sales reps with information they require to close deals. The platform also provides tools to motivate team's efforts and encourage friendly competition. Its Manager Hub allows sales managers to visualize their team's strength, weakness and challenges, so that they could be given specific information. The Pitch IQ feature records practice sessions, and benchmarks their performance with top performers. The tool helps identify skill gaps early for mid-performers to become top achievers.
