Extole Advocacy Overview
Extole is an Enterprise Advocacy platform enabling drive for increased traffic and conversions in retail businesses, increased memberships and subscriptions in the Membership and Loyalty programs, and member build up in scalable member-get-member programs in Consumer Financial Services.
Extole features include Refer-a-friend which identifies and engages advocates with relevant rewards. The feature includes tools such as pre-built referral templates, visual editing of content, choice of designs that are mobile or web or in-app friendly, language localization and more.
Extole’s Rewards Engine includes real-time rewards and fraud protection. It provides coupons, loyalty points, gift cards, and more with the automatic rewards engine. The software supports international rewards, customization of rewards for each campaign and rules to detect low-quality referrals.
