Bloomerang is a CRM Software. Bloomerang enables users to view an organization's donor records, track the best time to contact each donor and measure a donor's engagement level to make it easier for users to know when someone should be contacted. Bloomerang is a solution for small and growing nonprofits.
Bloomerang has a clean, modern interface that gives users the tools they need to perform crucial fundraising activities effectively. The software’s core features include a dashboard that displays the organization’s donor retention rate along with suggestions on how to improve, as well as future incoming donations. Users can also access reports and accounts with a single click. I think what initially drew us to Bloomerang (aside from it being local) was the great customer support and the cloud-based access. Plus it was user friendly. Since using it, I have fallen in love with timelines and the ability to track so much of what we do with donors in real time.
