Whisbi Platform allows users to embed a call-to-action button on the company's website. Whisbi Platform offers a reporting feature to track customer activity from the start to gain information in order to make more informed decisions about customer support and marketing activities. The conversational Chabot feature helps companies engage with leads and convert these leads into customers. Support is provided via a knowledge base.
