It offers enterprises a single and centralized platform from which to track, search and manage customer references for their sales or marketing needs. It is designed as a native, purpose-built Salesforce application, users can access all of their data and manage all of their reference processes conveniently through Salesforce. With ReferenceEdge, users can track reference status and activity by tagging accounts or contacts as program members, activating or deactivating member status and tagging records with metadata.

Some of its features include maximizing user adoption, identifying references and building databases, centralizing reference knowledge, search references by filters and keywords, automate reference requests, close the loop, rewarding customers and ReferenceEdge users, and more.
