CRMNEXT is an Enterprise CRM solution built for the Financial Industry. It can be used by the Sales, Services, Marketing, Process Management, Business Development, and other customer-facing teams for promoting customer interactions from a single platform.

CRMNEXT provides Leads capture and allocation, pipeline management and configurable workflows, customized buying experience, and guided selling inputs for enabling Sales teams. Machine learning and business rules are applied for increasing lead quality, in addition to aligning Sales and Marketing activities for better ROI.

CRMNEXT supports tracking and conversion of social feeds into leads, provides the tools for agility and speed in BPM, and collaboration tools for teamwork. CRMNEXT can be deployed on Public Cloud, Private Cloud, or on-premise.
