Eber is a cloud based customer loyalty management solution for both online, offline and omni channel retail markets. The solution enables rewards program, multi-tiered membership and customer insights and includes a customer facing app.
Eber helps to grow business, through the use of comprehensive loyalty and rewards systems, marketing, gift cards and analytical tools. Eber also integrates with a long list of eCommerce and shopping cart software such as WooCommerce, Magento and OpenCart.
Eber feature Direct Message solution where consumers can send messages directly within Eber web app or website widget. Email, SMS and Direct Messaging campaign tools are built-in to the Eber platform. Other features include such as multi-tiered membership and custom fields for customer info.
