Wincanton used CenarioVR from ELB Learning to improve safety training for drivers and warehouse staff. They created immersive 360-degree VR courses focused on dropped trailers, cage falls, and red li...ght pull-offs. The training was accessible on multiple devices and used real employees in realistic scenarios. After 12 months, Wincanton saw a 58% drop in dropped trailer and cage fall incidents, and a 71% drop in red light incidents. 80% of surveyed staff reported better hazard recognition after the VR experience.
