Erply Retail CRM Overview

Erply is a POS software and Retail CRM that can be deployed in retail businesses of all sizes, from start-ups and small businesses to large Enterprises across retail outlets of all types. It can be used in Multi-store management, POS and Sales Management and supports 15 languages. The software is cloud-based and compliant with all the security requirements and can be accessed from anywhere .

Erply can be used in Retail, wholesale or franchise management, and is compatible with hardware systems of any type. It can be installed and set up easily and includes functionalities such as inventory management, purchase order tracking and built-in loyalty programs and promotions. The Payments feature is built with security for all customer transactions, and includes online Sell and Return.

Erply features include customizable reports that can be grouped on company, product or brand, and integration with other e-commerce platforms, with import functionality for data from other POS systems. It also has a self-checkout feature that frees up employees to assist customers and increase sales.
